  1. Developed a strategic project to standardize the Dell manufacturing process in Austin, Texas, creating an unified solution for all third party partners.
  2. Graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in Information Management Systems. Started her career as an IT consultant and software development for Software as a Service (SaaS).
  3. She started her career as Project and Program Manager, focusing on strategic SaaS projects and creating customized solutions for clients who needed robust workflows in their operations.
  4. Worked at Riot Games Brasil, leading with the team the creation of the Brazilian Esports ecosystem in the League of Legends video game, today with sponsors such as Gillette, Dell, Mastercard, among others. In addition, she developed a strategic prioritization portfolio for the entire regional branch, organizing projects by product and enabling organizational restructuring for future games.
  5. Led with the team the Global eSports ecosystem, with more than 40 million live viewers during finals every year, and sponsorships such as Mastercard, Louis Vuitton, Red Bull, Alienware, among others. After this challenge, she joined the CEO team and its executives as a senior leader in the company, focusing on Organizational, Strategic and Leadership Development and bringing Change Management to the current cultural and strategic transformation that the company was going through.
  6. Founded Quitting Cycles, for the Development of Strategic Leadership with Agile Mindset. In her first months, transformed the company's impact to have a global reach, with customers in Brazil, the United States and Europe.
